The latter is produced by special software through a specially created algorithm as per customer responses that are analyzed and a food and / or training mode is generated. By choice, the client can include to his meal plan our VIP subscription (premium membership). All the services are intellectual property only, not physical goods. Everything received from the company, will be delivered to the provided email address.
15.1 Diet subscription plan. You may be given the opportunity to purchase our meal plan for a different period of time which would give you access to your diet for the respective number of months that you have chosen. Due to different promotions the final price of those extended options would be shown on the final step before you finalize the purchase. The company keeps their right to change the final price on their own discretion.
15.2 Cancellation of subscription plan. You can cancel the subscription of your meal plan at any time by simply writing to our customer support through the contact form at https://myfasting.diet/contacts. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 72 hours after we receive your request. If you terminate your paid subscription, it will remain active until the end of the paid period.
15.3 Change of subscription plan. The meal plan can be offered to you for a different periods of time. Once paid, the subscription of the diet can’t be switched with subscription for a different time period.
15.4 Subscription services
15.4.1 VIP content (Premium membership). Our VIP content provides access to additional, exclusively designed in-depth information related to the fasting diet. The Company reserves the right to modify the frequency and the day of uploading new information. The VIP Content plan is generally purchased by our customers for an unlimited period of time. They are provided with a unique username and password (by separate email) that allows them to access certain Premium Services. The customer will be able to use VIP Content features until they request to unsubscribe through contacting the customer support of MyFasting Diet.
15.4.2 Cancellation of VIP content subscription. You can cancel your subscription for our VIP content at any time by simply writing to our customer support through the contact form at https://myfasting.diet/contacts. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 72 hours after we receive your request. If you terminate your paid subscription for Premium membership, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.
15.4.3 No Refund Policy. All fees and charges are considered non-refundable. If you terminate your subscription for VIP content, the same will remain active until the end of your subscription period, and no subsequent charges will be processed.
15.4.4 Modifications. We reserve the right to revise the terms of the fee charge, cancellation and refund policies, upon reasonable advance notice communicated to you through a posting on the Website or such other means as we may deem appropriate from time to time (including electronic mail). 15.7 Prices are displayed on the My Fasting Diet website. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by such other payment method (including but not limited to in-app payments). Please be informed that My Fasting Diet reserves the right at any time and at its own discretion to deny certain types of credit cards.
15.8 Authorization of the payment will be needed only for the first charge. In case you subscribe to any of our subscription plans, the payment transaction will be made automatically on the date of the time period you chose to subscribe for.
